our satellite surveillance systems should be able to intercept television transmissions and implement our own program without him even noticing, plus with an added bonus we will have our "special gas" pumped into the ventilation system of his apartment, it would keep him nice and calm during the process. it's the same gas that's pumped into the helmets of all MQ units
