The city park in my town is oriented on a north-south axis, and as it was a nice afternoon (about 90, but dry) I decided to stroll about and take a few pictures.

This view is looking straight south towards a pergola. The area around the canopy (which is make of steel in an ivy motif with triangles of stained glass) has benches set around it so people can sit, watch the world go by, talk, and chuckle at the squirrels.

There are sculptures on either side of the walk, and I have closeups of two of them.
