This was a little experiment in porcupine fashion. Since there's not a lot of room back there for a traditional top, options are limited to weaving something between her prickles or just going topless, which is a totally understandable approach for a porcupine girl.
I'm still avoiding drawing a full back of spines >.> My day will come, as it will for any porcupine lover.

This turned out great. Is it going to stay an inked piece or go color?
Personally, a furry world would be fairly pragmatic when it came to clothing. What was acceptable would depend on the species.
I think in a furry world people would wear as much as they could. Mustard or motor oil is a LOT easier to clean out of a shirt than it is out of fur.
I can just see you doing a cutesy piece with her staring back at the viewer, showing off her back of quills.

For porcupines, I would figure fishnetting would probably be easiest for them to wear. Could have cloth woven in on the front while leaving the net open in the back. It gives room for their quills to go through it without having to uncomfortably weave fabric around/through them. Maybe there would be clasp-ties (or metal clasps) on the sides so that the shirt could "open" instead of having to be pulled up over the head?
Painful floof, haha.
She's gorgeous, awesome work! :)
And for the whole clothing thing, maybe just one or two straps long enough to go around her back and tie in the front? That way they could be pulled into the quills without actually touching them.
The thing with the collar was really creative though, kudos there.
