Finally Finished designing my new DAD Jeff.

Genderless but goes by male pronouns

He is a chubby dragon because he believes that food that tastes good is the only food good for you, thus sweets are a main part of his diet and since DADs don't digest food properly anyway it's left him pretty chunky. Because of his insistent sugar consumption he has a hyperactive disorder that causes him to pluck his fur and feather in places.
He's generally a happy go lucky guy who thinks he's a people. He does his best to imitate human speech and is pretty decent at it. He is almost always on his back legs because he feels being on all fours is not people enough.
He awkwardly tries to wear clothing but does not understand that most of it does not and will not fit him because of his large size.
