Looks pretty good, I still have not painted mine. I understand about taking a year to paint. I have a Chaos Renegades army in the works, using the forge world models. I finally got off my ass and started painted some the tanks to come up with a scheme. I have to thank a GW employee named "Dallas" who helped me. Gave me some really good pointers to painting them. I was amazed how well they turned out. Enough about me though that tank looks good hope it serves your army well, just watch for the Shadow Swords :P

I got little mini Tau crisis suits on my shoulders like a chibi Angel and Devil, both telling me to destroy this thing....not DESTROY-destroy..... with dice, much more evil. Marklights seeker missles
