i'm curious to know who these two are.

The Lugia is name Caile, pronounced Kai-el. And the Quilava is  Tail-flame 's

Quilava lives with a church and wanders around helping people, he found the Lugia one day when he was out helping people.

oh, fascinating! i quite like it. The lugia is very cute. Anything special about it or any particular backstory?

Well, first of all he's fairly young, as you can probably tell from the size.

But even so, yes he has a bit of backstory. He doesn't like to swim too much so he wandered onto the land and got separated from his parents, its very likely something happened to them actually, though that has yet to be addressed. He was hiding beside the road in some trees and stealing food that fell off caravans until the Quilava found him. Quilava took him over to a farm to get food and they offered him food if he would help their crops grow. He didn't know how to do that, make rain or anything so he instead purged the disease in the area since he noticed their child was dying. He apologized that he couldn't do what they wanted and wandered off and left the Quilava to calm them down.

I see! very neat stuff. I might have to watch for this character's stuff.

i must admit the reason i took interest is because i also have an idea for a baby lugia character. The idea being that her egg was obtained by a sky pirate and, when it hatched, the pirate took the child in as their mother.
