This ref is a concept piece of three related lore items in my 'MLP: The Dreams Beneath Us' fan fiction. I finally found time to work on this, so I decided to have some fun. I don't have alot of 'Molten Pony' art pieces, so, forgive the molten hooves, they aren't..well.. amazing looking, but hey, I'm giving it my all and I like it. lol

Felicitous:
Felicitous the Molten Pony is an engineer and a member of the 'Children of the Father'. Feli is the last surviving child of her father: Viceroy Karsmet Felicitous. Although Feli has suffered terrible loss as many of her lower class kin have, she has unusual Luck when it comes to her own survival and the effectiveness of her mechs. This luck of hers has been seen with suspicion by much of the lower class community, for many mares she served with were killed in service, while she continued to return home in one piece from every Survey Expedition she's been apart of. Despite her father's political sway, many in the lower ranks believe she is 'cursed' and, despite severe repercussions, utterly refuse to serve with her on any military exercise outside of the Diamond Citadel. So, military brass has been forced to only commission Felicitous to maintain 'Children of the Father' uniforms and an assortment of other military hardware (much to the dismay of her fellow Engineers).
Felicitous represents 'Luck', an element of "Resolve".

Children of the Father:
This elite group of warriors lead the ground force branch of the DCG. (Diamond Citadel Guard) They are the first and last line of defense for the Diamond Citadel, for this guild of warriors has been around since "Origin", protecting the land from an impending invasion from other rival kingdoms in the land of Tartarus during war. They are commissioned as scouts, spys and diplomats during periods of cease-fire. (Which is extremely rare in Tartarus, for war and harsh living is the norm.) They employ hover jets, railgun backpacks and plasma 'unicorn horns' in their arsenal and are specialized mid-range to short-range combat units. All members of this group are initiated through front-line combat with Molten Golems/Giants and have vanquished at least one. Alone. (Seldom few in the ground force branch survive encounters, even in groups of fifty.)
MGB-38 (Molten Giant Buster - 38th Generation):
These quadrupedal battle tanks serve as artillery pieces against hostile any and all hostile forces for the DCG. It's 100mm gun fires large projectiles infused with diamond and uranium metals and are one of the few weapons that can effectively harm most Molten Primates (Giants, Imps, etc...) It's thick outer shell protects it like most tank-like mobile weapon platforms.
