I don't think this was the creator's intention, but a lot of those could be an indication that Becca was sexually abused.
Promiscuity is an indication of some sort of sexual trauma, with the psychological rational being that the victim feels if they are “giving it away,” it can never again be “taken” from them. An indication of rape is actually that the person becomes sharply more promiscuous, rather than shutting themselves off from the world (though, to stress: some people DO cut themselves off.)
Her preference for prey she is larger than and knows she can overpower is fairly obvious: she’s frightened of someone of equal strength or size. Sexual abuse, or any abuse or trauma, can leave a victim with an intense sense of helplessness and anxiety which can be compensated by with taking steps to know you are in control of the situation. Obviously she has nothing to worry about if an otter who comes up to her knee tries something, but a muscle bound lion who can look her in the eye? Now that can cause a sense of stress.
She doesn’t feel the need to be sexually dominating because she knows she is in control of the situation. She might also see herself in the smaller creatures: weaker, helpless, and at her mercy so could never bring herself to really hurt someone in that position.

She can train every muscle in her body to her exact specifications, granting her greater control over her own life.
Lastly, growing up cut off from males could have two indications. One, her guardian learned about the sexual abuse, and sought to protect her by cutting her off from males. The other is actually more complicated. There have been studies that cutting off an adolescent completely from a “vice,” such as alcohol, drugs, or the opposite sex, they end up over indulging or making reckless decisions. The point is to educate adolescents about such things rather than making them something completely forbidden. For that reason, it’s possible at some point Becca was date raped in high school or college.

ALL of this is SO REAL and pausible,EVERYONE should read this,specially parents so they can help their children,but I don't think it applies to Rebecca cuz hyena society is different(read somewhere that the shape of the female genitalia makes it impossible for the female being abused,they decide when and with whom and the males are smaller and sumise,so if she was abused it was another species and anal,not to mention the fact that even sd puppies,hyenas jaws are so strong that break bones)

Hyena societies are matriarchal and I think it’s their clitoris that is external, giving them something resembling a penis. From this they urinate and give birth, and retract it to mate with males. You’re also right: male hyenas are about 25% smaller and in the wild extremely submissive to females.
