XxLovelessxXQC won the raffle at Pawprints in the Rain for an 8x10 character portrait. He requested a nod to Fallout 4. Hence this.

The character is holding a bottle of Nuka Cola. The poster on the wall says (partly cut off) "remember kids: stop drop and roll". The walls have cracks in the plaster and the window outside shows a dead tree against a sunset. But inside the room a diapered husky pup has pop, a ball and a teddy bear, so it's all good :D
