Personality: Righteous to a fault. he's a hero through and through. His scarf is made of a adamant weave, making it resistant to bullets. and enchanted to flow constantly and repel magics. his sword of justice is a double edged blade known as the Panda blade. it's made of mythril supposedly, but since ZPM refuses media conferences, not much is known of his arsenal. Many associate him to be Zeros Panda, the name is kind of a suspicious link... but its known that ZPM doesnt have a long tail, and is noticeably taller than Zeros. also, they've been seen near each other, and even talking rarely.

I would not do anything with your character without permission, and if you gave it, I would work closely with you on what the char would do, say, etc. Basically, it would be you writing his parts. =3
Hopefully by the time I need a character like yours, I will have enough put up that it will be an interesting story. ^_^

that still leaves him one power then, hyper focus.
it is a state of mind that increases his speed and reaction time beyond normal limits.
it is part of the way his mind works, (and I have this IRL as well, comes from my ADHD. it's crazy, how much it does, there is that time limit problem though, if I go beyond it, I get a headache and tired. )
