Welp, guess Dandy was ready for anything to become famous in the magic scene. Well after being grown several miles tall by Necro and killing millions, he's sure to get attention.
Necro is a cool guy and used his power to get Dandy rid of his acrophobia. However, he kept his top hat hostage to make sure he doesn't run away.
