This is the Assassin, once a Gutter runner survived the harsh training to master the arts of secrecy, infiltration and killing from the shaddow. Assassins of the Skaven are quite famous mercenary for other Skaven clans AND sometimes for those Man-Things too, when they got rare and important informations or got some of these rare warp stones every skaven loves to posess. But in the end, every man-thing or other race working with the skaven will regret his/her choice when the rats have no use for them left.
They are masters in the art of secrecy and only show themself when they feel like to and pull of some risky maneuvers to kill their target with finesse, not to be seen and dissapear without a trace after the targets death.
