I don't like posting too much of my problems but this Saturday was my Birthday and i was throwing a party, none of my friends showed up and when I called they said they were busy and didnt wish me happy birthday, i thought i was being emotional until i realized none of my family called, so I waited.... nothing. So on my birthday I had a boozecake and ice cream

Oh, that sucks :( You would have thought they'd at least be bothered calling to let you know they couldn't make it.
Maybe you could use it as leverage against all your family members whenever they get upset at you for forgetting something ("Oh I forgot to bring a bowl? Well what about the time everybody forgot my birthday?")

If you annoy them enough about it they'll make sure to remember your birthday just so you can't say they forgot it XD
