Ok it's the final part of episode 2 of Lilliputian Island! The Shrinking Mites are on the chopping block tonight and so the five of them have to choose one of their own to shrink down and send into the Petri dish of shame to never grow back... So I just wanna say. Rather sad to see Rangy voted off, it's wrong to play favorites so I don't do anything to muddle with the votes, but we just lost our only non mammal in the contest. We also lost the most overpowered player in the entire thing. No seriously, looking back the Snarker and Cheerleader abilities are... a tad to powerful. Just by having Rangy present the entire team is functioning at a -1 to all die rolls. Basically it increases the chances of victory in every contest by 16% just by having him there. In episode 1 it actually made it all but impossible for Malena to secure any kind of victory in the forest area. (Like if Rangy and Fenrir had both rolled 1s and she rolled a 6 THEN she could have won but still) Like I said I try not to play favorites, but my love of bards and talky characters and how absurdly overpowered they can be due to universal buffs and debuffs is sad to see him go. I guess on the bright side matches between the two teams will be more even now and less scaled in the Mite's favor.


By the way, no on else don't take this as me not valuing you because you're not a lizard or anything. I mean I have a personal preference for the fluffier species myself. Just whenever I run these big story games with lots of characters I like to see a mix of species about. I feel like if we get to many of the usual mammals people might stand out a little bit less, which is why even when other species that aren't my favorite show up I'm happy to see them here.

Except snakes. Sorry, but I really don't like snakes and will never be happy to see a snake ever. Sorry snakes. Phobias are never logical.
