Yeah you take Corel Painter's smudge tool and carefully pull the color the eye over the line and let the opacity do its thing. Like alot of my skills I figured it out by accident but ever since I figured it out, i've been useing it. Now if I ever figure out smooth lineart and I'll be almost golden. :P
