Well, it's obviously a 500-foot-tall gym with the square footage of at least 10 of Luigi's mansions. It's not a tower because the square footage of the foundation vastly outweighs the height of the building. You wouldn't call a 20-floor-tall building with a 40000 square-foot foundation a tower, would you? (That's 200 feet by 200 feet, so it would be about the shape of a cube)
