Welcome to Frappuchinos! Now Serving: Lunch Talks
"Of all the places to go to lunch, you pick a pizza place," Venti smirked as the waitress delivered four extra large pizzas. Two of them were meat lovers specials with extra anchovies, and two extra cheese and extra sauce pizzas.
Otis shrugged, sipping on his water. "Hey, you were treatin' me, so I had to take advantage of your kindness." He took one of the extra cheese pizzas, rolled it up carefully, and ate half of the makeshift pizza roll in one bite.
"Too bad Grande's Pizza Emporium closed down," Venti said, taking a slice of the meat lover's pizza, "That place make pizzas fit for big guys like us."
Otis swallowed, nodding as he took another sip of his water. "I think that's why they closed down. All us hulks would frequent it too much, and drove them out of business."
Venti arched an eyebrow. "You don't believe that do you?"
Otis nodded again. "I do. The supply didn't measure up to the demand. You know how many all you can eat buffets closed down last year?" He went on, not waiting for the jackal's reply. "It was because of guys like us, man. It's bad enough when you're close to nine feet tall, but when you're a weightlifter as well? I don't know about you, but I can eat an entire buffet all by myself." As if to prove his point, he finished off his pizza roll with another bite.
Venti stared at the slice of pizza in his hand. "Geez, maybe I should go on a diet," he muttered before making the pizza slice vanish in his mouth.
"You'd die, dude. You love to eat as much as I do."
"Speaking of which, how come you hate anchovies? I'd figure you being an otter and all..."
Otis laughed softly. "Don't you go there, Venti. Don't you even dare try and stereotype me."
"But who else can I stereotype? You're the only one who'll put up with it. Everyone else claims I'm picking on them because they're so much smaller than me."
"Maybe I should make those claims too," Otis said.
"Nah, you're not that much smaller than me. It'd never work."
