A run in with Officer Hopps.
So my trip to Zootopia has been great except for when I left my hotel and forgot to put on pants. Officer Judy Hopps was on duty and was swift to give me a ticket for public indecency. Then she noticed my diaper was leaking and gave me another for littering. Come on!
Urgh! Now I have to spend a whole day of my Zootopia vacation down at the courthouse getting this whole mess cleared up. Hopefully I don't forget my pants when I go down there too.

Well almost everywhere in the United States, an adult walking around in a diaper wouldn't be illegal. Most jurisdictions just require that the genitals be fully covered on men and women and that women's nipples and areolas are fully covered. Some places, especially in the conservative southern states, are more strict but they all follow the same general guidelines.
Of course I was in Zootopia and they have stricter laws on the matter.
