Whirring Cogs the pegasus - or just Cogs to his friends - is a former mechanic in Cloudsdale who started a new life in Whitetail Meadows village after a disastrous incident. Married to the unicorn, Lavender Dreams, they have three children - Dandelion Dreams, their eldest daughter, Sky Fern, another filly, and Forest Breeze, a cheeky colt. Cogs has a job that he enjoys, and a family that he loves, and he's quite content to have a peaceful life in the village... if fate lets him. When you have a big secret like Cogs does, sometimes life becomes a lot more "interesting".
