Dirtiran (Getting there!)
This is yet another Work in progress, but is the first stage of this artwork complete!
The image still looks very flat, once I get the Background worked on (which I am dreading XD), and the light source set hopefully my added shading will add allot more depth than what you see here!
Ive been working on this two days solid now, and ill admit im really happy with how its turning out!
Those paws were hard D;

Bitchin'.
Before you move on to the background, make sure all the objects that are interacting with the character look natural - right now the hand seems to rest uncomfortably right on the edge against the table corner, maybe consider moving the table a little to the left and closer towards the screen? So there'd be more for the character to lean against? Just a thought.
Also, I think the eye could really benefit from something little extra, like a faint hand drawn texture (dunno what would fit the character, but a slight spiral texture for instance.) Right now it's not really noticeable unless you specifically look for it, but it's a little bland when the fur is crazy detailed.
But I don't want to butt in where I'm not wanted, just say if I'm being too intrusive with the critique. :)

Want... to... TOUCH... Dirtiran.. Looks so soft and silky. I wonder what she smells like.... You know you have achieved a brilliant piece of art when people stop looking and ponder the other senses about the picture because the sense of sight is entirely satisfied.
It's beautiful. I hope you do get time to finish this to your liking.

I'm blown away. The fur looks so soft and touchable. The face and posture ooze expressiveness. I think my favorite part, though, is the use of color. The way the red and black fur contrast, compliment and intermingle in the markings. The fiery golden stripe, the little freckle-sized spots, the cute purple and black spotted pawpads and startling green claws..
I know I'm just gushing at this point, but I love it.
