It's Hondo Ohnaka from " Star Wars, The Clone Wars ". He's a weequay pirate who gives the Jedi all sorts of fun and annoyance during their adventures. He even shows up in " Rebels " to do more of the same. Hondo shares voices with Disney's " Talespin's " Don Karnage, yes/no? Well... he shares voice actors anyway cuz his voice sounds more like Boris Badenov's.

I just enjoy what they did with Hondo through the series. :P He just goes from a fun bad guy to an even more fun bad guy, to a rogue you hope survives the crap going on and comes back.
And then he was in Rebels, and I was pleased. :p The pic's solid work though, no question. Good job on that man.

Yeah, it was cool that he showed up in Rebels. He's kinda gotten a bit pathetic in his old age but I think that's sort of what they were trying to show.
I didn't care that much for him at first cuz, well, the first episode he appeared in took a bit for me to grasp/swallow. ( The whole Dooku/Anakin/Obi-wan-tied together thing was a big pill to swallow ). But, when Dooku kills those pirates at the end, it made more sense.
Hondo really grew on me though. I love the story arc with the Jedi younglings.
