actually, they would have a choice of either human OR A.I. You'd be surprised but people might be more willing to open up in front of a machine or computer than a real person because of that odd disconnect. That being said:
Does anyone remember Eliza? the "therapist" program from way back when? Well we've gotten a lot better at making programs like that. I know there are some mo-cap and 3D "AI" "therapists" and other things like army recruit sergeants... so its not much of a leap to have a nice, soothing, glowing eye talk you through your troubles... ahhhh <3

well sympathy and emotions could be simulated but no there's no real way an AI can directly relate to a person. Still, people like myself would sometimes prefer the cold neutrality and logic of a computer therapist. The AI would of course have a range of personalities to chose from, sort of like in portal 2 but with no silly orb shaped modules. It would all be integrated.
I don't know about you but I'd love to pour my pains and sorrows onto a gung-ho cowboy =)

oh well I have definitely thought about that and already have a solution. Much larger padded cells with open tops and high walls (or normal proportions with a closing lid) They would have to be loaded vertically but it would be a bit simpler than the stand-up human sized cells since in the case of a large non anthro dragon or other giant, they can be lifted straight up to the track instead of across.
This area would be suspended directly beneath each white zone wing carefully stacked to match the overall footrpint of the wing so there is a continuous vertical drop along the sides of all the structures.

Well, these machines are extra heavy industrial strength with high tech alloys and tungsten claws so he's welcome to try. At the A.R.C., escape attempts are welcome. One rule: never punish someone for trying to escape, as it is only natural. But I'm sure I can keep him contained
