Chapter 15 of Necronite Midnight Academy. In this chapter, it mostly camping trip.... So, it not big deal or anything... But you might get know about this.... RubyRose chrush on someone (O_o). Go ahead and read it!
Here is the story:
Chapter 15 - First day on the camping
(RubyRose's story)
As campout started, we were camping at the middle of the forest. Today, our group set up our camp on the spot that have few bumps. Chris managed to set up all our tents in less than an hour while we were getting woods for the camp fire. We only had two tents on our camp, except we didn't prepare for the food. Luckily, I brought some food before camping trip.
"Alright," said Oras as he was setting up fire pits. "We got everything we need..."
"Now, we need to put fire on," said Gaoma.
Although Gaoma used a lighter to put the fire, it didn't light out the fire at all.
"It looks like this lighter is out of oils." said Gaoma as he checked the lighter.
"Well, did any of you bring matches?" as I asked anyone on groups.
No one answered at all. It looked like nobody brought matches. I told everyone that we must use a magic to put fire on.
"Hey, let me try," said Oras as he had a confidence.
"What are you going to do?" I asked.
Oras started powering his magic in his hand. Then point his hand towards fire pits.
"I'm going scalding it......." said Oras as he about cast the spell.
"Are you crazy!?" I cried. "You can't put a fire by scalding. You gonna put us in burned with rain of hot waters. Plus, you haven't been able to control that spell."
"Alright, I'll stop," as Oras canceled his spell.
I never thought he would do something that so reckless. Even though, it wouldn't work at all.
"I have a thought," said Nozomu as he got closer to the fire pits. Then he started to his ninjutsu. Then he breathed the fire out of his mouth. But, the fire was too small that it couldn't make a campfire. Then he started to breathe harder as fire went out.
"That's UNLESS." Lily cried out to Nozomu.
"Come Lily, he works so hard on this...." said Chris as he rubbing Nozomu's back.
"No..." said Nozomu. "I was lack of training on using fire. I have only mastered the wind, but not the fire."
So, Nozomu took rest for a while. Then Gaoma step up the fire pits. Then his right arm released sparks of lightning.
"I'm going to do in my own way," as Gaoma about to punch the fire pits with sparks of light on his arms.
"Stop it!" as I cried.
Then Gaoma stop for moments after I cried out.
"Gaoma, don't do that kind of way... You're going to set the forest on fire," as I speech. "Guys, be more careful with making a fire. I know you guys haven't learned some fire magic. Just be more sensitive in nature. Thank you."
As I done talking, everyone calmed down for a while. I never thought this would happen. Chris grabs two branches and rubbed against each other. As he tries, he got tired of it. Not even a single burn on the branch.
"Alright," I sighed. "Looks like I have to do it, huh...."
I pulled out magic tome from my belt. Then I open pages to fire spell. Then I started casting a spell.
"Fire Ball," as I casted and shoots out fire ball at fire pits.
When fire ball hits the fire pits, it created a camp fire. Why didn't I think of this in first place? I'm kind of little bit forgetful. Then Chris asked me a same question as I thought. I answered that I forgot about this magic.
In the night, we had bacons and eggs for the dinner. It was very tasty. For dessert, we had some S'mores. Well, I didn't mind with sweets. But, I thought that Gaoma and Oras had a little bit of problems. Their hands got sticky. Gaoma had some furs on his hands. So, it might easier for him to get so sticky. Oras.... I didn't know how he got sticky hands. But, I guess it was first his first time. Nozomu told them to wash their hands at water fountain nearby our camp. After Gaoma and Oras went wash their hands, Lily and I went smaller tent where we were sleeping. We grabbed our change of clothes, and went to shower room for the showers. It about ten meters away from our camp.
"Hey, Ruby," said Lily as she's taking a showers.
"What is it, Lily?" as I were taking a showers in next to her.
"How did you do well with your boyfriends?"
"W-w-what are you-u-u talking about?" I suddenly turned red.
"I'm taking about Ga-o-ma."
"He's not my boyfriend. He's..... He's just in same Elements as I am. I mean.... I can't leave him with lack of common sense in our school."
"Then what about O-r-a-s?"
"He's just my childhood friend. That's all. Nothing special...."
After we took showers, we went back to ours camp. When we came back to our camp, Gaoma and Oras were warming their hands at the fire. Nozomu were hanging a tree in upside down as tries to master his ninjutsu as he focus. Chris were eating roasted marshmallows. As we went inside our tent, I went to sleep in the sleeping bag. Lily puts her stuff away and went out for a while. I felt so sleepy now...
