Well, we definitely need more full tour in fine art. [And in general!]
The only other place I've seen it was a painting with an enormous demon (probably a representation of Satan) with a guy sticking out of his anus... which was also a face. (Thanks medieval art!) It was in a Cracked.com article, so I don't remember the name of the piece.

Just looked at Giotto's Last Judgement; Bosch's may be the most detailed, but De Bodone certainly has some interesting ideas. I like the ear snakes, though I've never particularly appreciated dragons being associated with eternal damnation. Still, given the orgiastic qualities in the depiction of Hell, along with all the vore, I can certainly sympathize to some degree with your Luciferean fetish.
