oh jeez that looks worse than any blue screen of death ;w; *hugs closely* im so sorry for you..... i wish i could help in someway (even if you were able to get on consistently i doubt i could aside from maybe cheering you up tho ;w;) but i cant vv all i can do is wish you luck and hope it all gets sorted soon
Is that your actual monitor, or is the cable / graphics card which is causing that.
I know flash player used to have a graphical bug with my AMD card and produced screens exactly like that.
(Edit: As per the above, if it is caused by flash player you can't really get around it without not using flash player. Driver update and flash player update may help)
(Edit2: If it isn't actually the monitor itself, then turn the monitor off asap as it happens. Leaving it on that sort of screen screws up the backlight, I've had to RMA a monitor because of that myself >.>)

Best of luck with that - at least you didn't scrap the monitor.
You can replace and upgrade the driver yourself with a bit of tech know how and some patience;
Boot into safe mode *(with networking)
Download the latest/newest driver from the AMD website for your graphics card
Uninstall the old driver using DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller - Google for this tool)
Reboot your PC normally
Install the drivers you've previously downloaded *(you can download them in safe mode with networking, or before you boot to safe mode)
Reboot your PC once more.
If you still get the same persisting screen (YT used to cause it for me), then you might also want to look at upgrading your version of Adobe Flash (or uninstalling it entirely and just going without)

*Hugs* Thank you. I would do all of that but I am also gonna have a friend who works for Miscrosoft to also take a look at it aas I am hoping he can spot something that could potentially cause the damage. Plus I also need him to take a old hard drive to try and get the data off of it. Maybe I can get upgraded parts for my tower ^^;
But thank you for all the support though. You are an awesome friend *hugs*
