I'm having a lot of trouble lately it seems - originally I was gonna take a break this week, but I can't because I just checked my bank and I literally have almost no money.
With bills coming up, I'm a bit upset, because I feel like when FA went down sales did too - not only that but I've been really doubting my artistic drive lately.
So as a last resort, I'm taking sketch commissions - these won't be "messy" sketches like you see my basic ych previews, I thought I'd line them to my best ability while still keeping it looking like it was in a sketchbook.
I'm currently pricing my bust sketches at $30 + 5 for flats
And $35 for fullbodies.
+$5 if you'd want flat coloring

It's a big difference from my usual commssion prices, but I'm hoping to take as many (and finish) as I can, that way when bills come up soon I can have something to pitch in.
Currently my cats have enough food, and I know I can get by without a lot, but my dog is currently out of his dry food and I've resorted to the last three cans of dog food we have left.
I'm cutting it REALLY close and I can't break now even if I want to just sit down and cry about all of this.
From my hand and arms fucking up, to the fact my sales are shit, I can't help but get ugly at myself.
I want people to like my work - and want it since I can't really do anything else until my health gets better. And It is slowly getting there, but I have a long way to go.

Do you get any government assistance or anything on the side? if not maybe try to get some! Many places offer with help on bills for low income people and such. It would save you from needing to do urgent commissions so often ;o;. Life is easier when you have money in the bank between bills >o<. I used to take people's college courses for them and would only get paid after the entire course was over so I would have to live off of the money I made for 4-5 months and it was super tough so I finally got some food stamps to help with food costs and it did help a little!

if so
Depending on the state there is usually a medicaid office and such like "department of community health" or somewhat and they can help you out with a ton if your income is below current poverty level (I think it's around 20k a year right meow tho may change per state as well)

Phoebe is kinda shy and submissive. she is quiet and keeps to herself. very sweet but also very sensitive, she enjoys attention but hides when she feels she is put on the spot. she is more comfortable at home, drinking tea and watching her favorite tv shows. Kind of a loner. whereas Nym is the opposite.
