That is what "LHOOQ" ("Elle Au Chaud Au Cul") roughly translates as. The reference comes from the DADA [anti-]art movement of post-WWI. Particularly, that of Marcel Duchamp, who wrote the phrase on a copy of DaVinci's Mona Lisa, along with drawing a moustache & goatee on the same as well. (And now you know who to blame for that famous cartoon cliche.)
