I'm still in an artsy mood so I doodled another dragon to turn into someone's sona, or character ^^ It's nothing fancy, but it'll be a lot nicer once it has purpose. I didn't feel like including the wings this time, but depending on the character, it may be folded wings or absent from the image.
I may make free raffle YCHs so it's easier to snag these dragons instead.
Also, see the lack of a pun? If it were a frost dragon, I could rename the finished piece to "Chillin'" or something uwu

First person to comment a visual reference of something draconic (preferably a western dragon for this poor artist's sake) wins the finished piece. I can do some "big" edits.

I'm still working on your Echo-raptor, but I've been giving it a whirl on how to make a decent aeromorph. It's definitely pretty interesting to see how to implement each part into the base, but I think I got it down. I'm not too confident in whether or not this will be akin to your character so I figured I'll show off what I have thus far:

Ah, I imagined it would be a difficult endeavor. Also, I suppose the base and the character kind of clashed a little! The base being a majestic dragon of a larger stockier build while Echo being a sleeker and skinnier one.
Maybe it would help to either make her mechanical bits (head, wings) more organic or make the organic bits (belly, legs) more mechanical? A bit of a clash between very different designs is taking place, and I totally didn't mean to throw off your original intentions for the piece!

That's what I thought! The design is gorgeous, but I suppose it's definitely clashing when it comes to trying to fit the original look in there too uwu
Hmm. I'll have to give your suggestion a try! Worse-case-scenario, I'll just create a new base so it fits Echo much better than the base. It shouldn't be a problem, but it may help combat the issues arising from the two ideas. I suppose I'm used to more stockier builds than I never really explored other shapes and sizes ; I'll keep chipping away at it though.

I have some bad news. I'm finding it tricky to work with Echo's concept with my lack of creativity. It may take longer than I thought before something clicks ^^; On a brighter note, I decided to tackle your 'sona to make up for the problem! I'll keep trying to work with Echo, but I don't know when I'll have a good result! Thank you for your patience :)

Oh don't worry, I find no blame in you at all! And you have made me into quite the lovely feral, I see. You may continue working on Echo as you please, but I think I may be at fault for choosing a character who is definitely not easily feralized.
