At first, when I saw the thumbnail for this, it reminded me of The Great Mouse Detective. I have NO idea why.

Anyways, I like the way you did this o.o The lineart is interesting. I don't often see lineart that is lighter than the basecolor done well, but it seems to be workin' for you ;3 Nice work!
