I tried enlarging the picture but lost the details in the photo. The type face used for the badges is hard to read at a distance--I can't even clearly read my own BLFC badge from across the room. The first letter of the name appears to be "K"--that's all I can make out.
The suit is in Clockwork Creature's gallery under the name Okwaho, but the badge seems to indicate that the name is now different.
