Ben, I really do admire this lovely style of yours like this, its a light mesh between coloring book and maybe some fusion of Highlights books. It just has some...look I really like about it. Your improvement in your artstyle has improved dramatically since your beginnings, and I'm highly impressed just how quickly you've improved.
Now this is fun, why not celebrate both of thier birthdays at once? The more the merrier...of course those one on one times can still be very intimate. Ben and Jake are having so much fun together, and although I think stocks are...quite overused, its fun to see thier feet stuck right by each other, able to touch and rub against each other as they laugh hysterically. And the addition of both of them being back to back stacked on each other is a nice touch to make this particular scenario not overdone. And don't think I noticed that not only little adorable Zeng is tickling Jake's little mousey feet, but Ben is sneaking in some armpit attacks as Jake can only thrash and rub up on Ben's body. At least he is wearing a shirt, or else his tender white pits would really get a good scratching right now. >:3 And I love the cake details on thier scrumptious feet, especially Ben's! Ummmpph! His new feet are magically delicious and I want them, I just love the pale sole look on his green feet, two toned skin feet eat me up and those toeclaws are especially a healthy bonus to marvel at. Those pink rat feet could use some loving pokes, but I think Zeng has all of that covered as he brushes and scratches at thier tender tootsies as much as he wants with that golden smile of his. (why do you keep having to make this little mishief maker cute?) Frankly, I think Ben is even more ticklish than Jake, I mean, he doesn't have anyone tickling his armpit, just his big feet and he is already tearing up and blushing just like ole mousey here. And would you get a load of that foot cake? I can imagine that someone stepped in the dough to make it have that lovely shape, before putting it in the oven and letting it bake to mold that gracious form. Wonder it its foot flavored? Zeng already seems to like it since some of that frosting has been tainted by his hungry mouth and Ben and Jake's feet are now decorating with wonderful bits of cake. I would like to help lick that off myself, but Zeng looks like he wants some time alone with them.
Oh well, perhaps next birthday. Thank you for continuing to share your lovely artwork with us~
