Chinoki - Actually asking for back design help/critique
Meet Chinoki - obviously shes not properly done up but I'm working on her body design off and on this last week. I'm at the point now where I want to ask for critiques on her marking son her back. Shes not a typical coloured Tanuki, much lighter than normal and I've added bits of sage green to her as well.
Should I change the body design?
I'm trying to find something based off of the first picture of her I did and something that balances: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/20078324/
I almost NEVER ask for a critique so I'd like to know. Like I said, her head I'm pretty happy with (at least the ears, and front markings and neck fluff, but the back of her is really making my scratch my head. Thoughts?

you said that you are not very confident about her back..
I made some human like anatomy study of the drawing

May be lower a bit her hips or draw a longer back.. dont know,
to not change much on her anatomy.. could just move a bit the hips to dow and change the angle..
her body still will be chubby and fluffy ♥

I appreciate it!!! I should have said it was for her colours only, the line art is a premade free lineart that I came across and needed to test my colours on something, so I used this as it had 3 views. So it's not the final ref sheet for her by any means! XD Thank you though!! :D

As for the back, honestly I'd say leave it as is. The flow and design of the overall character as it is now has a solid balance.
