aikon! This time it's Hendrik Alquist, an athletic arctic fox from a small town in snowy Norden. This tough, relentless tracker was the very first CIPO agent recruited by Diana Mastron, and when the two of them aren't chasing supervillains all over Creaturia, they're stumbling towards a relationship. It's an action/adventuire project I've been working on for the past year, which will (hopefully) be published as an RPG in the near future. Here's a blurb that should answer your questions:
Welcome to Creaturia, the most dangerous world you'll ever love! It's a planet somewhere out there populated by humanoid, intelligent animals who have built a high-tech civilization that looks like something out of science fiction's most hopeful dreams of the future. It's a world of monorails and gleaming cities, a futuristic blend of the exotic and the familiar. Life is good for most of its citizens...
...but no world is perfect. Creaturia has its tyrants and terrorists, along with criminals both petty and powerful. Fortunately, there's a place for the worst of the supervillains--an underground, ultra-high security reformatory called the Quarry. Unfortunately, a recent security breach has allowed all the Quarry's inmates to escape. Criminal mastermind Vance Coffin, who is as brilliant and charming as he is evil, is responsible for this epic jailbreak. He's invited the escapees to join him in reforming Outrage, an international crime syndicate Vance's father used to run (until Vance killed him), whose stated goal is to dominate every aspect of Creaturian life. (Vance's unstated goal, which he hides from most of his gang, is even worse.)
And Outrage isn't the only evil faction in the world. Orin Shaddock, the most genteel gangster on Creaturia, wants to brutalize anyone who opposes him, in the nicest possible way. Steelwing, the cyborg tyrant, plots to recapture the country he once ruled with an iron fist. Emperor Rasavanto and his Torrent Troopers, who once took the Hydrerans (an ocean-dwelling race of fish people) to war with the surface world, plan to start the conflict all over again. The Time Terror Team, three historical villains that Vance brought to the present, are content to spread terror and chaos wherever they go.
Of course, the good people of Creaturia won't stand for such threats--and neither will CIPO, the Creaturian International Police Organization. A special CIPO unit, popularly known as the Crimestrikers, is dedicated to stopping all the Quarry escapees, and anyone else who endangers Creaturia. The Crimestrikers are led by Diana Mastron, a skilled and charismatic CIPO agent who is not only Vance Coffin's equal, but knows him better than anyone else. After all, she almost married him...
