Was fun to meet Kimura for the first time and amazing seeing how a mask I loved making was still up and running about cons ^^ Also gives a good comparison of realistic furs and DF furs!

defo kept it very well! Dont think its been as long as 7 years (if it has my memory is going!) I still have the mold that the lynx was built on! Its defo a keeper for me! Turns out its almost a year and a half! ^^ still pretty good nick than some I've seen! It looks like new to me! I did use NFT on it too (need to grab hold of more of that some time!) Others I've made seem to drop off the planet v.v
I think in future I'm going to airbrush the unnatural colours rather than using DF I like the effect better ^^

Regardless of the years, it's great to see your older work still walking around and looking top notch. =D I can image it can be a bit saddening to never see the work you made out and about. Hope to see more feline done in your future, you seem to have a knack for them! Well if you're ever in need of NFT let me know I tend to have a supply of it.
I can understand your reasoning for using lux shag in that one's case as it's less time consuming to get the color, it just has a different feel to it than realistic furs so it can be a challenge to work with at times.

I definitely have remoulding for species specific in the future for big cats! Plus a kemono cat base! I really do love cats! Next cat coming up is a silver lion but that's not for another ugh 3 projects? I believe! It was supposed to be a kemono lion but I'm wanting to do more realistic lately ^^
