Looks the the United Nations Buearu of Superheroes has another agent at it's disposal and this time he's Canadian! Assigned to and a local to the city of Vancouver, Halifax is quite literally an explosive hero but it's all right folks, he knows what he's doing and he's not about to trash your store front saving the day!

At a young age Emile realized he could intake energy, mostly in the form of electricity, and release it from his hands, although whether it came out as electricity again or even more surprisingly, an actual explosion it was always wild and unfocused! However, soon enough he realized that he could aim said energy through the use of his fingers, and thus he started making gun gestures whenever he did so! He was quick to sign up for the BOS Academy in North America, especially with the low staffed Vancouver Region branch following the destruction of the local BOS office and the deaths of many members in 2010 due to a mysterious explosion. Happily he found himself assigned back home, protecting the Metropolitan area from crime, be it local, from accross the Pacific or even south of the border from Washington State! Thus, the hero, named after a city once heavily ruined by a massive explosion, Halifax was born.

There will be plenty of adventures ahead of him, both in Vancouver and a head, even in the city of Colmaton, as he is drawn into all sorts of cases!
