This is 16th chapter of my story. And Chirs will narrate this chapter and you can ask him about a lot question... But can he able to answer the question. Anyway, this chapter is second day of camping, after this it's going to be little bit of surprise. (O~<)

Chapter 16 - Second day of camping
(Chris's story)




Hey! Last week I put my cloak - which I bought from Century Town - is now in my room as a part of the decorations.... Anyway, it's Tuesday! And I had crazy morning. When I woke up nobody wasn't in the tent. When I got off the tent, Gaoma, Oras, and Nozomu were at the camp fire. Oras said that Nozomu was the one who put the campfire. How did he do that? It's like he's a ninja. I mean, he is a NINJA. We had waffles for a breakfast. When we were having a breakfast, he ate so fast that his plate was already empty. I had never seen him do like that before. I mean, I didn't notice about that for three years. Anyway, let's get back to the story.

In second of the camp had already started. As RubyRose and Lily got out of their tent, I was making a breakfast for them. When they came to the camp fire, I gave them waffles on their plates. While they were eating, I heard a loud noise. It was more like a speaker. And that voice was Mr. Hawken.

"Attention students," announced Mr. Hawken. "All students must gather at the log cabin in immediately. We are going on hiking. Make sure you all pack stuff and ready for the hiking. Again, all students must gather at the log cabin immediately."

After the announcement, RubyRose and Lily finished with their breakfast. Everyone in our group was packing their stuff and prepared for the hiking. We knew this would come. Tuesday, we're hiking on forest. Wednesday, we would go to explore the cave. Thursday, we would hike up the mountain. Friday, we were going back to school. When we all prepared, we were gathered at the log cabin. When we gathered there, there were other groups which were ready for the hiking. Everyone was carrying backpacks, including me. I carried heavier than others in my group. Not mentioned, Zebel........ I didn't know how he managed stay in the sun. Vampires became an ash on sunlight. This was getting much scarier than ever. Man, Zebel is full of mysteries.

We started hike with group. Each groups follow in order of the numbers. The Guardians took a lead for the rest of groups. It may be a simple. But it's hard to keep it up. Plus, we're not allowed to fly. In case, I don't have wings.

Come to think of it. I should have asked Miss WitchStorm for my fortune. Miss WitchStorm is very good at fortune tell. But, she doesn't want to be called as witch. Even though, she's a witch. One time, one of her student called her a witch. She causes a heavy storm in entire school. It sounded so crazy that I almost laughed. But, it happened a hundred years ago. Too bad, I didn't see it. That would be so cool!

After we all reached to our destination, we were at the lake that has waterfall. There is also a big mansion, a beach, Onsen, and a tennis court. It's like a resort in here. Then we heard shouting. It was Mr. Minotaur. As we heard him shouting, we put our attention to him.

"Alright students," said Mr. Minotaur. "You can have fun in here! But, don't you dare to go in the forest! If you do, you are in big trouble!"

"My turn," as Miss WitchStorm interrupted Mr. Minotaur. "Be sure, be back at eight. If you miss that you wouldn't get your dinner. And no magic allowed."

"Guys and girls," Madam BlueShark spoke in a loud voice. "First, everyone get your room at the big mansion over there! And unpack your stuff in your room!"

As Madam BlueShark said, we all got the room as soon as possible. When our group entered our room, the room was a Japanese style. Not to mention, this whole mansion is a Japanese styles. While we were unpacking, Gaoma makes himself comfort. RubyRose and Lily started chatting. Nozomu was already done with his stuff. Oras and I were taking a rest for a while. After we done with unpacking, we went outside for the beach. The beaches were bright and hot as we were in Hawaii. I was enjoying view with Nozomu. And Nozomu was kind of focusing on something.

"Hey guys!" as Lily was showing off with her bikini. "What you think of this?"

My face turned into red, and it attracted many guys attention around the beach. Except Nozomu, who wasn't interested in her bikini at all....?

"Lily..." RubyRose wrap herself with the towel. "I don't like wearing this stuff.... It’s kind of uncomfortable...."

"Don't be shy" as Lily removed a towel from RubyRose. As Lily towel removed from her, she was wearing a bikini as Lily was. It was first time for RubyRose. She had never worn a bikini before. Lily always likes to attract guys.

Speaking of guys, I wondered what Gaoma and Oras are doing. I decided to check them. When I went to changing room, I saw Gaoma with his swimming trunks on. He was more like a satyr in wolf version instead of goat. Well, he doesn't have beards or stuff on his face. But, his arms were furrier than I had imagined. And I don't see Oras anywhere.

"Um..... Gaoma...." I talked to him slowly. "What happened to Oras.....?"

"He went without me....." as he replied.

"You look different........"

"Yeah, I had hard time to changing in swimming trunks."

"So, I will go...... Right now..."

"Sure....."

After I went back from the changing rooms, I decided to surf on the beach. As I grabbed the surfboard, Gaoma came and he was kind of sweating. Well, I could tell that his fur cause him to heat his body. Then Gaoma dashed into the water as he tried to cool it off. Then he went too far that he went to the deeper part. I grabbed a inflated boat and put it nearby water tides. As I get on the boat, the tides came as boat started to float. Then I paddle to him.

"Hot... Salty......" as he was drowning.

"Here grab on this...." as I tossed my surfboard to him. Then he grabbed on to my surfboard. Then put his body into the surfboard.

"Thanks..." he said.

"No problem," I replied.

Then RubyRose and Lily came with their boat. Talk about the boat.... It’s completely different from my boat. Their boat looked like an ice sculpture. I mean, their boat was made of ice.

"Hey, what ya doing?" said Lily.

"Lily... Where did you get that?" I replied.

"I found it, when we were walking by the beach."

"Don't lie to me. You used your magic to do that kind of stuff."

"Yes, only for moving and preventing from melting."

"Then who made this boat?"

Suddenly, water sprouted from nowhere. On top of the water spout, it was Oras. As I look at him, he didn't wear any of swimming trunks at all. His legs were changed into a big fish tail, and his ears were shaped like big fins. He looked more handsome that it could attract some girls.

"Oras, what are you doing?" I agitated.

"I'm swimming," as he enjoyed.

When water sprouts is gone, Oras landed on water safely.

"Did you make this boat?" asked Lily.

"Yes, I did," he said.

"Why did you create this?"

"No reason, I just want to practice."

I should have known that it was Oras after all. His ice magic can creates any object that made of ice. He must have been working out with his magic. I heard that he learned his ice magic from his grandpa.

Suddenly, a big wave was coming towards us. It wasn't much of tsunami. As I looked around, I didn't see Gaoma anywhere. When we looked at the wave, Gaoma was surfing in the wave. Then the waves washed all of us away to shore. It caused RubyRose and Lily's boat to fell parts. I never thought I would be ended up like this. Everyone got all wet. Then Gaoma got of water as he carried my surfboard.

"Hey," as he put my surfboard. "Are you guys are okay?"

"I'm all okay........." as I get up.

As everyone get up, we all stood under the sunlight as we tries to dry ourselves. Except Oras, he stays on the water.

"I don't mind with water...." said RubyRose.

"I never thought the wave would come...." said Lily.

Nozomu came by as he brought some towels for us. He told us we had to go. Well, he's very helpful when this kind of situation happened. RubyRose and Lily grabbed some towels from Nozomu. Then they started to dry themselves with the towels. I also grabbed some towel as well.

"Thanks Nozo," as I dried myself with the towel.

"Thanks you, Nozo," said RubyRose.

"Thanks....." said Gaoma as he grabbed one towel from Nozomu.

After we dried ourselves with the towels, we realized that there's one towel was left. Then we realized that Oras hadn't got one yet. As we looked for Oras, we found him as he gets out from the water. When he got from the water he was no mermaid(guy)'s tail. But, he has legs instead of mermaid(guy)'s tail, and he also wearing his swimming trunks. His feet and hands were like a fins, and his skin were normal.

"Sorry... I'm late," said Oras. "I was on the rush...."

"Well, I thought you would do something like that..." as I thought he did something embarrassing.

"No.. I got a cloth before I turned into this form. As I was washed away to shore, I grabbed my swimming trunks and jumped back into the water. Then I shifted my Fish Tail form to this form. Then I put on my swimming trunks as quickly as possible....."

"Well..... I never thought you do something like that..." I sighed.

Talk about beach, it was kind of trouble with these people. As we looked at the time, it was time to get back to the mansion…. Man, time goes quickly..
