BB hosts a few themed private parties for her investors, and most of them are perverts. So BB takes all her girls and dresses them up play bunny outfits then inflates them to impress her guests. Lacy is one of these investor and decides that Lucky should take part in. BB has no objections to this as she happily gets a special made outfit for Lucy. Lacy on the other hand gave BB the power to inflate and deflate Lucy at will for this party. Lucky/Lucy is stuck like this until after the part, but I don't think BB is going to let the party end anytime soon...
