This comment will probably sound totally pretentious and trite, but the things I've loved about all your illustrations over the years is as follows:
-Your use of color has a power to it I've only seen sparingly elsewhere.
-Everything you produce seems to have its own life and personality.
-You have an awe- (and envy) inspiring way of, in some of your works, taking ugly things and making them so beautiful.
I also hate how I break things down into lists like this, but I've been meaning to tell you how much I've appreciated your work since I discovered it years ago and I'm too exhausted at the moment to express it in a less rubbish way. :|
