My take on my favorite bounty hunter, Samus Aran, in a total Anthro' Fashion~ by my standards. I consider her to be, -definitively- a Coyote, judging by her body complexion and unique traits ~ I also gave her a better zero suit.

no it won't but i do think if the armor suit is nuclear powered or has any high heat temperature energy source her body will suffer damage along with taking on damage when she gets hit with ion or other high heat energy weapons and chemical or gas explosions which is why i think she would wear a full zero suit because its gotta be close to like a fully mobile suit of rubberized cavlar to protect ageanst laser and heat damage whaen the armored suit suffers heavy damage.
Stunningly magnificent work, my friend. I adore it. You should definately draw a more detailed version of that suit for us to all see your masterful re-working.

Yeah I would agree that Samus would fit the profile of a canine anthro. it would certainly make her helmet design more interesting, with the place for her ears.
This is a great depiction of your idea. I hope you can play around with this idea some more with the little metroid creature and a more detailed shot of Samus in her gear.
