Seeing as Galvatron is a dragon in TWO AU's so here's a small explanation of the differences
In this AU he's a Arctic/Western hybrid dragon.
In that he's got aquatic features, webs andfat blubber.
Due to the western part of him he's got a bit more spikes and his back fins are now wing-like.
He can't fly at all though.
