More from Pipkin
I was waiting until I had a more..recent finished picture of Pipkin before I made this. Yesterday supplied me with what I needed.
Unfortunately, I have an earlier (and first) picture of Pipkin as a furry..but I do not have a scanner. So..I'll go with the next earliest. (when I was in my anime phase.)
Weird..nothing between 2000 and 2003. I think I had stopped focusing on art, then. Must have been drugs, or something. :D
I think the biggest change in her so far, has been the preditory stare, and newly added *lips* (I blame both Kendra and Sangluna for this..I kinda added them on when I saw how good she looked in their art.)
Somewhere between 2000 and 2003, she got her characteristic cat's eyes. (really, I wonder why there's no pictures of her between this period!) Before then, she just had weird teeth for a bunny. As the years went by, I kind of gave her a more..feline face all together.
No colored pictures in the past..because I *really* didn;t know how to paint on the computer until I got my Wacom Tablet (2005). The first picture here from 1999 IS colored, but I do not have it scanned that way. I am..not -bad- with Real Media, but not quite as good as I am with digital. I hope to remedy that.
I'd like to say I've improved. :)
Odd thing..Pipkin smiles a lot, it appears.

Oh, yes, she's defenetly gone more feline. I think it brings a more..vampireic feel to her, than simply a bunny with vampire teeth. The cat features make her look much more preditory. (Plus, felines and rabbits..-do- actually have fairly similar faces..)

I just noticed that your older work looked a lot more anime-like, not only because of the eyes but also because of the way the head was drawn, the anatomy etc... The way you're drawing her now allows her to show a lot more emotion - and I think she's a lot more sexay than before :3

I defenetly put more intrest into anatomy (though honestly, I don't think my anatomy was ever that bad. It's natural to me..people hate me for it.)
I'm glad I went for a more.. 'realistic' look than anime. My art is still cartoony, however..but I think it makes things more..tasteful. I don't like furry art that's too realistic.
