I think your lion heads are nice :) They aren't TLK rip-offs, haha. I love Lionking style art, but I prefer artists drawing their own original lions so yeah, I think you're doing fine! I'd maybe make the muzzle and ears a bit smaller, but that's the only critique I could offer. Stylistically, he's awesome, definitely very lionlike!

You know, it'd be so easy to fall into the TLK trap; it's such a cute style, and yet pretty simplistic in the ideas of shapes and forms. I've tried for the longest time to develop a style that can be sort of cartoonified (i guess?) and show emotion, without relying on TLK or similar styles. x3 I"m happy to hear it's working! xD

I've seen some hanging pics around before, but lately it seems no one's been doing it... x3 they're so much fun! And if you imagine the balance right, they end up looking great when you do hang them up! :D
