Judging from what we've seen to far, I think it's safe to say the variety in size is similar to humans, not insects.
Someone correct me if this sounds wrong, but yeah. We've already seen a dragonfly, butterfly, snail, scorpion, moth, mantis, and more all approximately the same size, so I think it's a fair conclusion.

if I remember correctly, Nae actually has some sort of psychological disorder. not mere anxiety, but rather a psychosis of some sort, like schizophrenia or PTSD or something. I mean, I say "mere" anxiety, but of course anxiety disorder is also potentially hardcore. but I mean, this is full-on hallucinations.
though, there was a problem with at least one of her eyes, wasn't there? so it could still be a combination of psychological and physiological factors.
