Dear T.P.R.S.A. Executives,

I'm righting typing letter in regards to the progress report update you wanted on the new recruits. I first like to repeat that I do not like the idea of these two children getting into this unforgiving industry early. I get why you want me to oversee them from now on, but company rules still apply to them dispite that. If they get out of line I will not hesitate to "dispose" of them as part of my signed contract with you. Besides their overly cheerful nature they do show a lot of progress and dedication to their job. Iv'e decided to stick with them on a more permanent bases and train them for home assignments and other disposal positions regarding only in the trash disposal category. From what I understand they seem to have a safe magical means of reformation so it is safe to have them around our other predatorial employees without incident. In fact based on their attitude and smell they should get along rather well in way to improve employee behavior overall.
