Seeing as Oran is a sphere most of the time, she decided to enable that by making it so she doesn't have to bodily move to stay capable. Hence this massive beast was steadily built up over several iterations. It started as a juicing pod Oran slapped legs on back when she was still on the fleet, and then some arms...and then it just got built upon more and more until it became the hulking, intimidating, heavily-armored machine it is today! Controlled entirely by neural interface, too, so she can simply settle in and blimp while still controlling every movement as though it were her own body! It can likewise unfold into a lab, setting up machinery into a compact medical testbed for all Oran's strange vaccines!
