Oh my goodness. This was a LONG time coming! I finally went and got a proper reference for Neeka lol! And, OHHhh, what an awesome job 
did!
So, yeah, info on my gal-
She has 4 small horns on her muzzle (two on each side) and a pair of horns on top of her head. Three spikes on each extremity and anywhere between 5-8 spines showing from the back of her head down to the base of her tail.
Head horns can change shape and size based on her mood or on the artist drawing her.
Eyes can be pure black or with the gray scale with the pupil and iris distinction.
Hair is ONLY in anthro form and should never be shown in feral. It can be any shade of black/gray or a mix of them and can be in any style except those that have straight bangs.
She also has a short muzzle for her species.
Her arm and leg spikes can be removed, but her back spines should always appear.
