Warhammer Fantasy huh, cool, never thought I'd see fan art for it pop up here. I have yet to try vermintide, it's on my list though.
The Skaven are definitely an interesting race, but I prefer the lizardfolk, they're cooler.

well, lizards are coldblooded creatures, so they are litterly "cooler" xD
and i guess i am one of the first who thought about a pretty version of skaven to put on art and Kiguris style fits for this quite well. at least they dont look like some horny sluts, what is very important.

Yeah Kiguri's style does work really well with this, and I too am also glad that they don't look like sluts. If that happened I think it would kill it for me, but this gets thumbs up from me. Will there be other races in your concept art project or will it just be skaven? Either way if this work is any indication of how the rest will turn out, there are good times ahead.

Yeah. they´ll just get some less clothes, the higher the rank of the assassins get, but the last one of them will be one "legendary" Master-Assassin of them that kinda got a very skimpy set of equipment. but that´s it. other skaven will have more to wear for sure.
And no there will be only Skaven so far for that, but there will be some other skaven klasses like the grey prophet or packmaster with this hook coming up.

if they got away from the males, kind of like amazonness - assassins it would work out with the canon story i think

Yeah and no. it would be quite complicated and this clan would maybe not excist for a long time. if the other male clans would find out about the female clan, war would break out just to capture all the female skaven. :c

yea i guess. they would probably need allies.

the other problem is the nature of the skaven as well... they don't like each other as well. clan to clan and from skaven to skaven they kinda have it hard to work together, only if they really got an important goal to reach. otherwise one of the others wakes up with a knife in the back....

yea i know, i´m playing all clans of skaven. Allying is hard of course. They once worked under Nagash´s command, since he gave them warpstone. My thought was, since there is not much known about female skaven, that they might be smarter and more social even, just always supressed. Just as an idea, since also the way you draw them they seem much smarter and more social. It´s a little sad the skaven got such bad role tho, since the way they act does not really fit, as rats are more social and co-working than many other rodents. Sometimes even refusing treats to check for a friend who got a problem. But with the warpstone making them pretty crazy it works as an explanation. I also play seraphon as quite a contrast, I think they are awesome too, while I´m yet unsure about female role or if they just look the same.
