they do, but in my opinion:
1) i dont like the idea of eggs (in mammals at least)
2) for mammals to lay eggs seems awkward
3) in my universe if they are mammal, they are live birth, (i treat them like animals of this world; i.e. birds lay eggs, bugs, do whatever it is they do, etc...)
4) anthro wolf mate, so live birth. no eggs
