Perhaps its the universe where Mexico drink vodka instead of tequila, and because of that they are sober enough to take over Texas. they wouldnt be MUCH sober more mind you, but you dont have to be all that sober to Take over Texas, you just need to be able to walk in a somewhat straight line ,and al lthe bullets will miss.
