This is one of many ref sheets for characters from the (currently untitled) graphic novel script I've been working on.

A general idea of the plot:
Several hundred years after an apocalyptic war, the last of humanity awakens from cryogenic slumber to find their machines of destruction -- autonomous robots and AI-augmented hybridized animals -- not only survived the war, but thrived, having achieved a tenuous peace with each other, which the humans' re-emergence immediately threatens. Will the three factions renew the old cycle of destruction, or will one emerge victorious?

And yes, this character does seem a lot like my fursona, though without hair a bit more hunched over. :p In truth, I've had this character and name in mind since before I joined the furry fandom. I just made a small adjustment to the spelling ("y" instead of "i") to make it more clear how to pronounce the name.
